Again there isnt any console for me when I press ~.

do you have an ir device installed cause if you do you might try disabling it (that worked for oblivion so i might work now)

The Norwegian keyboard does not have a tilde, but you can try the ASCII international keyboard code combination of holding the ALT key, then pressing 1 2 6. If that does not work, try holding ALT and pressing N. One of those should work, if not try other combinations, or get an international keyboard. Hope that helps!

Det Norske tastaturet har en tilde ikke, men du kan prøve ASCII internasjonal tastaturkodekombinasjon av avholdelsen ALT nøkkel, trykke da 1 2 6. Hvis det ikke arbeider, holder forsøk ALT og trykke N. En av de burde arbeide, hvis ikke prøver annen kombinasjoner, eller burde få et internasjonalt tastatur. Håper at hjelper !

IR Device? How do I find out if I have one and if I do how do I disable it?

I have a danish keyboard, don't know how similar it is to the norwegian or not, but when i played Oblivion using Vista x64 i could bring up the console by using the button Æ, which is next to L (right side). My ~ key is pretty much next to my Enter and Backspace, before it used to be next to 1 and Tab, but times change i guess. Well Æ worked for me in Oblivion and might work for you guys here, i won't have the game till tomorrow so i can't check it yet
