How much for just the rig? I have paypal but my ebay is suspended

nah I only made that website to impress girls at school, and my paypal is messed up and I couldn't sell anything on eBay without paypal...

I also can't sell a $7,000 computer without some positive feedbacks so I'll sell some $800 computers first and make some positive feedbacks... so right now customers can't buy becuase they can't pay because I have to get a paypal and I don't really know much about eBay

and how the hell did your eBay account get suspended ???

Well we will make a way if you seriously selling it for $1500.
How can you do that when the processor itself is 1400?
My ebay got suspended from selling Office 2007 and making it downloadable rather then mailing the software. They called it piracy. I considered it being convenient. 100% positive feed I had. Oh I left you a personal message also

The $1500 rig is the Q9300 one
The QX9770 rig is $7,000 but cost me $6,600 to build and $100 in shipping so I make like no money at all...

I have a slow enough computer and I can still play it. This is what I have:

Microsoft Windows XP professional,
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500+ 1.84 GHz (this is a really slow CPU),
1.00 GB of RAM,
ATI Radeon X1650 Series (256 MB).
The game NEEDS minimally 7, or better yet 8 GB free hard disk space.

Some of you probably won't believe it, but it's true.
I can play the game with everything set on medium.

I have:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz Rated at 9.00 GHz
2 GB RAM Dual Channel Nvidia SLI Ready OCZ
Nvidia 8800 GT
320 GB HDD Western Digital

Can i Play at High settings?
