can someone provide a savegame where malaria is a problem so that we can work on it?

Malaria ttacks are part of the game they can be cured but they're still part of the game so i think there wont be a tainer that protects the player against maleria attacks.

honestly if you make an option to refil the pill bottle we would be good. I never even used all the pills from the priest before I was given a second set (on hard no less) and that was with doing side quests between the few mains I've done so I don't thin that is that big of an issue.
But is there an ETA for the next trainer update?
