Is there any possible way to catch a Wailmer? I need one to practically complete my National Dex. And also Wailord is a pretty strong water Pokemon.

Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 55.

To evolve Tyrogue into Hitmonlee, you level it up to level 20 with more attack than defense.

To evolve Tyrogue into Hitmonchan, you level it up to level 20 with strong attack.

To evolve Tyrogue into Hitmontop, you level it up to level 20 with equal attack and defense.
