AT THE PART WARE YOU GO IN THE COURT YARD AND THEY HAVE JENNY AT GUN POINT if you have beaten this game plz tell me how to get past this part

yeah im stuck there aswell it seems no matter what i do i get shot can someone please elaborate on the details of finishing this mission. im getting really frustrated!
