My team is mostly Bl (borderline is the middle tier) pokemon.
My pokemon team at the moment is:
(BL Pokemon)
Swellow (UU on Smogon but BL almost every where else).
Ursaring.
Azumarill.
Medicham.

(OU Pokemon)
Porygon-Z.
Salamence.

All my pokemon are IV bred, have the right natures and are EV trained, though I may change most of them for other pokemon since most of them are physical sweepers/ tanks.


As for the Rattata strategy, it is called FEAR (Focus band, Endeavour, quick Attack, Rattata).
