how do i get over to Kanto? I beat the elite four and the guys wont move out of my way so i can't get into the other region? the guys in the building before victory road wont let me by them to go into the other citys? Please help me!?!?!?!?

I think you need to complete your Johto Pokedex before they let you through.

You first need to sail there on the S.S. Aqua from Olivine after beating the Elite Four
