Go to the Mall in high end retail (its underground so either take the elevator, or enter via the underground parking garage - can take a car/bike into the amll that way, and also steal the quadbikes and sports cars all around the mall). Anyway, is on the first level you come onto, as well as another shop selling biker gear, and a sex shop selling bondage gear (at the far-east side on a level above).
