actually i found a way... export your character, then open the mount&blade folder then go to charexport folder and there you will find you character exported in a txt file... open it, edit your atribute skill and weapon points to your desire (you might need as many as around 250 points for either atribute or skill but for weapons you need plenty)... also you can edit the xp and gold your character can carry... and you`ll be able to do this in the very begining of the game
If you put 250 points in each Attribute, it kinda destroys the simulation of the game when you can run faster than a horse and stuff like that, here is my advice.
