Is there a way to bring pokemon fossils to life?

Yes, first bring your fossils to Oreburgh Town and then revive them in a museum there by talking to some guy at the counter. You must have an empty slot in your party or else it won't work. Then when you give him your fossil leave the museum and enter again and he will hand you your level 20 revived Pokemon!

Sinnoh underground. There is an old man in Eterna City that gives you an explorer kit.

how do u find freind bases plez help

You must have interractions with another person who has a DS and either Diamond or Pearl to do that.

You have to be wiressly connected with someone close to you, then go Underground. If the other person has a secret base, you can go into it.
