I beat it yesterday again, so bleh.
What ending did you get?
I've beaten it twice. Got the heros ending- saving the Council, appointing 'Keith David' (sorry can't remember in-game name) on Council. Second time. Didn't save Council and had that burecrat appointed on Council running everything.
Basically from Light to Dark. I hear there's a few other endings though.
I've currently beaten the game 7 times.

The endings I got were:
Saving the council, appointing Udina
Saving the council, appointing Anderson
Letting the council die, appointing Udina
Letting the council die, appointing Anderson
or you can say you don't care and it will choose one for you
But the ending isn't the reason I play through it so much. It's the things in the middle of the story. Such as saving Kaidan or Ashley, sleeping with Liara or Ashley if you're a guy, Liara or Kaidan if you're a girl, killing Wrex or letting him live. Destroying the Rachni Queen or setting her free. Bringing Liara with you to kill Matriarch Benesia. Talking Saren into commiting suicide. The list just goes on and on.
I love the idea of choices within a game.
Agreed. They'll have a lot to top with the sequels.
