another question!!! What is the best way to shoot that helicopter down without the megabuster or the turret from the convicts' jeep?

No way, really. Just do it in the day, and maybe use a uzi or machine gun from a special forces agent. Those weapons and the ones you mentioned are basically the only ones that will take it down. Otherwise, it's really impossible.

do the three people from the sniper family bosses each count as a psychopath picture for that "take a picture of 10 psychopaths' achievements. Also, what about for the punisher achievement; "kill 10 psychopaths"?

Yes, each sniper of the family counts as one psychopath, for taking pictures and killing 10 psychopaths acheivements.
