Sometimes people will want to battle using Teirs. Here's an explanation for those who are new to this:

OU (Overused): All pokemon are accepted in battle. This is the most open option and generally allows for hacks. (I have come across more hacked Celebi's and Jirachi's than I can count).

BL (Borderline): Only OU pokemon are banned from battling at this teir. The battles at this level are more competitive than the OU tier. Also, less hacks are allowed/used at this level. This tier also bans most if not all Uber and Legendary pokemon. Banned from battling at this level?:
