S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky Message Board  

Need some help. I've had a strange crash. I've joined the Freedom Faction and when I go to take over an area at the Garbage, as soon as I kill the last enemy the game crashes a few seconds later. I've tried many different aproaches I even chose to ignore the last enemy and go to a different area and the game still crashes. Kind a sucks, think I have to start a new game or something.

i think that's a bug. (~_^)

Okay. So if I start a new game will that bug be gone?

Doubtful. Playing this game is similiar to playing a BETA release -- the worst experience I've ever had is with this game. I can't even leave the Cordon right now, if I do -- crash. So I uninstalled it, and now I'm going to see if I can get past the Cordon now.

By the way, new patch is coming this Monday. Hopefully it'll put a fix to the plethora of bugs in this broken game.

Yeah, I kinda figured. I read up on the new patch, it's gonna fix a lot of problems, hopefully.

I can't find anything on a new patch coming out would you happen to have a link?

Also, I'm stuck in Garbage for some odd reason the minute Duty takes out all Freedom I get a radio message and the game crashes.

Read about in the official forums at GSC Game World. Apparantly, it's been delayed till tomorrow or Wednesday.

It's been delayed, yeah! Well, it's probably for the better, I went to the official web site for clear sky. It had posts for all the bugs so that they get a good idea on what to do for the new patch.
