I just bought the game on tuesday and I didnt know there was an " EE " So when I got home installed it searched for patches on fileplanet, I saw that I could download for free the enhanced edition. So I did all 2.5GB of it . Anywho, so I started playing and thought about trainers. So I downloaded the Trainer (1.4.5.1280). Opened the trainer just like it says, went into the game, just like it says. hit F-1 and it activated. And when I loaded my game, it crashed to the desktop.
I have tried this many ways, loading up the trainer. Loading my game, then activating same issue. Went into the game first, alt-tabbed loaded the trainer hit f1 and it crashed.
So I guess it is safe to assume that this doesn't work with vista? If it does, oh please do tell. And share and maybe, just maybe I can get this to work?

So, I just noticed that I have version 1.4.5.1282 could this be the culprit?

Yes, trainer must match game version. Download the correct one.
