I was wondering how to access save game editor or get the trainer to function similarly. My witcher game did not spawn in the Miik'laad spechtor for the quest. I do not want to start over again

Hello. I went through all the instructions to get this editor to work (my goal was to add a trophy I missed from chapter 1). When I finally got it to run, I found all my saved game files had vanished.

Documents/TheWitcher/saves is empty, and Steam finds no saved games. How the heck did this happen? Could the saves have moved elsewhere? Is there some way to recover them? Please help.

Only you have the key to the answer. As we don't know what you did or what you didn't ...

You can try something like Recuva if you deleted the files -> Link


But you should be careful and always make a backup first (pun intended)
