Has anyone figured out how to stop the stupid EA intro from showing EVERY TIME you start Spore? I used to be able to Esc through it, but now that I've patched up, it's a mandatory watch. EA seems to do this with most of their games; like we even care about their logo?

all i find are pages with ppl complaining about the unskippable intro.
the intro is nice the first time and a few times after that, but now i really want the menu, rather then the intro . . . =)

i would really apreciate it, if somebody could post the instructions on how to get rid of the intro. =)

I dont understand why you guys cant just wait for 5 seconds of your life just to wait for this intro to end it doesnt even take that long...

First off, it's a lot longer than 5 seconds. If you exit and restart the game multiple times (as I tend to do) all that time starts to get really annoying. Besides, as I said, the intro was skippable in v1.0, but in v1.1, it's mandatory to waste minutes of my life to watch that stupid EA logo every day.

Secondly, it's EVERY SINGLE TIME you start up the game. That's atrocious. First time, sure, I have no problem wasting time sitting through the intro; I usually do on any game I install. But it serves absolutely no purpose what so ever; it's not even an intro, per se, it's just the damned EA logo over and over and over again.

Thirdly, your opinion is ANYTHING but wanted here. We want a no-intro fix, you don't. So why the hell are you even bothering to post? Go bug someone else's post.

I think it is in the exe of the game so don't removable that easy.

Hate EA too but , because they ruin most nice games
