Not even future trainers considering this broken game will require quite a few patches to fix all the bugs and new bugs which will be created with each patch?
Oh well, there's mods out there which do everything the trainers do.
Found I solved that problem by turning of unlim health, wait until health reaches critical and then apply bandages / medkits. Otherwise I have to save/load to remove the heartbeat sound and the kinda blurry vision.

Thats what I do VizlaN, just apply a few health patches & your wounds are healed. Don't use Medkits as they don't work, no matter how many you use, even the blue medkit (think thats the military one). Theres been times when I've not bothered using any patches & it sometimes goes away after 30mins of ingame player (very rarely) and sometimes just 1 patch will do.
If you put the Super Speed on & accidentally press sprint, that also makes you bleed as its not possible to sprint with it enabled. Its nice you enable/disable this option when you need to get through a tricky situation.
I would love the Accuracy to be improve to include or remove the swaying of the weapon when your moving. I've already removed the head bobbing with a mod but this swaying just makes it annoyingly look like lag which the 1st game didn't have. Sometimes with many enemies around me, I know I should easily get 3 straight kills but your always keep adjusting your aim & staying crouched. Without the Health cheat on this trainer, I would've giving up on this game. So thanks again for making this amazing Mega trainer
Will we have to have a new no cd fix for this trainer or will the 1.4.04 still work with this new trainer?

if you own the game you have no problem patching the game and using the 1.5.0.5 trainer.
