Same here is the "heartbeat" and the bleeding (even if running the trainer) a game coding thing that is buried and not acsessible to make available in a trainer?

Found I solved that problem by turning of unlim health, wait until health reaches critical and then apply bandages / medkits. Otherwise I have to save/load to remove the heartbeat sound and the kinda blurry vision.
