I have never been able to move/drop quest items myself. The only problem that results from having 255 of quest items is a clogged quest inventory, and one unworking optional quest.

Quest works up to the point of putting the Human Remains in the sarcophagus, but that part of the quest doesn't trigger properly if you still have remains on you I guess. (I replayed most of the game with this trainer, and so far that is the only quest that works that way. Currently up to Old Vizima.)
The only other thing to note about the Mega Trainer is that the Drain Enemy Health option can get you killed if you get knocked down, and you also want to disable it before exiting the Swamp Tower or that fight will be bugged.

No problem. I found the easy way around the Drain Health issue to be always keeping a Willow potion (Immune to stuns/knockdown) up, since I have infinite of them using the 255 Items option anyway. Guessing it would be possible to add that effect to Infinite Health, though it sounds like more trouble then it is worth since you can just keep adding to the potion stack as it is.
