Is the instant cooldown supposed to work for space phase also because its not working at all and i am wondering when you guys will put it in the trainer because it would be fun to fire a hail of anti matter bombs

tribe and creature only. in the readme. space would be nice but i find that most things recharge fast enough so it's not that big of a deal.
