    I don't exactly know, type in CoD4 patch in Google and get the latest one. They're free, and you get the new maps.

    After getting that, get v1.5 from the site if it doesn't fix your problem.

    When You start the game open in admin mode Also if you want to try to get back in the game alt tab if this doesent work im srry you may want to use your games warrenty
