Halo 3 Message Board  

How is this game? I think it looks freaking awesome, just what I like, going around with a gun in different areas working your way through. I really like the look of it. If I get a 360 (Which is an almost definite soon) then I will definitely get this game. Just want to know what people think about it.

It's ok, and just that, IMO. It's a fun game, and the Social Slayer is great if you have friends over, but I honestly got bored of it (yes, the online too) after a few months. Sure, I jump on forge every now and then, but when I do play, it's usually with my friends.

Personally, I prefer CoD4 over Halo; it is more intense and there are less screaming ten year olds. CoD4 may just be more my type than Halo, but don't let my decision make it or break it for you. Rent a few games, see which ones you like the most.

If you have LIVE, it's a must.
If not, then no!

It's definitely a game everyone should have in their libraries, but it's by no means the best game out there.

The Halo series is easily one of my favorite series. Well. I can't say I have a favorite game or favorite series.

But IMO, it's easily the best FPS out there. Definitely worth a pick up.

i was obssessed with the game for about 10 months but then i got tired of 10 year olds cursing at me all the time so ive kinda drifted off of that. but it is fun at first especially on live. if u dont have live though then dont bother buying it.
