No more random attacks and bio disasters is up to modders and Maxis. Someone will fix the rights properties.
I would love to see a way to unlock the mystery items, like the Staff of Life and other tools that show up as question marks. Maybe even find a way to use all racial traits simultaneously. The game has an inbuilt routine to add them whenever one switches traits, so it should be possible. Maybe catch what the game does when you use the setConsequenceTrait cheat.
Also, infinite health for allied ships would be nice.
Now, I'm gonna move on to other games until Maxis balances out those pirates, and hopefully adds an auto-repair and auto-trade for colonies.
And until someone writes a strategy on how to destroy those Borg-Bunnies called Grox.

EDIT: And infinite cooldown for the tools during Space Stage. No more waiting for the Staff of Life to recharge when terraforming Groxes...

Yes, anything new in mind? All I can think of is high jump range/no cool down on space items.
i DO have an idea. but its more of an idea for a standalone tool.
i'd like to have a "colony planer" that tells me where to put all the buildings to get the maximum possible out of the colony.
but that aside, the trainer seems pretty complete at the current stage.
all what i could think of, would be a "all parts" in cell, creature and civ-phase, instant befriending/extinction/takeover/etc. for creature, civ and space-phase and stuff like that.
but i think that would totally destroy the fun of the game, because there wouldn't be anything to do manually. ~=)

* Get notified when new cheats are added
* Request which games get new trainers
* Priority support with any problem
