Are you guys actually comparing different game genres to another? Won't they all stand on their own without any sort of comparison?

no, those games are simply what will make me and a crap load of others forget COMPLETELY about SPORE. I actually played SPORE last night and it's definitely fun and addictive, when the aforementioned games come out, regardless of their game genre I will not be playing SPORE.

well spores come out 2nd in australia and honestly i think it sucks i thought it would be awsome but took me 4hrs to get from cell to space and thers not much to do.
