i sorta cant figure out how to harvest little sisters i beat the game once but im playing again and i want the other ending how do i harvest them

when you kill the bigdaddys, you get the choice to either save or harvest them. choose harvest
And it might sound funny, but I would buy a O-Z just to get you in my bedroom.

when u beat big daddy u got to find the little sister, shes usually hidins somewhere crying.. so when you find her you pick her up and you can choose whether you want to harvest her adn kill her(thus getting more adam) or you can free her and let her go. there are 2 buttons to press, they are shown below.
Heroes never die. They respawn.
