An everlasting gobstopper. You suck it and suck it and suck it and it never gets any smaller, at least it's supposed to never get smaller...few more tests... But it'll last at least 41 days and provide non-stop sugar energy to keep me going for 41 days.

A field tent. You can hide away from the baking sun in it. You can shelter from the freezeing wins at night. You can dig a hole inside it for water without fear of it evaporateing. A place to protect me from the venomous reptiles and insects.
