    It's a glitch.

    Same thing like when you are doing the final Thieves Guild quest and when escaping, if you take the boots off you get a permanent +50 acrobatics, with nothing equipped.

    um no i beat the main story in about four days seems imposible unless you know what your doing and i played for bout a week but why two?

    dude....once chancelor has it commisioned for you wait a week vor two in game then go to the armory in the imperial city, its on a table.
    oblivion is adventure, morrowind is home.
