Just simply do shift+cntrl+c and then type
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

make sure u use all spaces. then goto relationships and drag the relationship status up on whoever you want your sim to fall in love with. then if you dont already control the other sim, invite them over hold control on them and click then press make selectable. then you can control that sim and drag there relationship with your other sim up and have them talk alot and kiss ect. and eventually they will fall in love very very fast. if u dont wanna cotrol that sim anymore shift clck them and click make unselectable
