    I'd be nice if someone made a trainer for this game. One that enabled infinite bio-energy and ammo. I know the . ini file tricks and about debug menu. but I'd still rather use a trainer. Besides, when you use the debug menu cheats like infinite ammo or bio energy you can only choose one at a time. Plus, you have to reactivate it every time you get a loading screen. And the .ini file doesn't have anything for bio-enery. I know this is an old game, but it's a good one that I like to repay once in awhile. Someone please make a trainer for this game.

    It's nowhere near 'old'. Anything before Fallout 1 is old (1997).

    To your predicament, first off you can customize your debugmenu at your leisure. Second of all, you can use as many codes as you like. Here's what you do:

    You hit escape and work your way through the menu, expanding it. You click one code, say infinite ammo.
    Hit escape going back to the game (can't remember if that's necessary, think it is). Hit backspace to collapse your debugmenu.
    Hit escape again and find another code you want to use.

    I'm looking at the file right now;

    "[Cheats...]
    {

    <'GOD PLAYER',GOD PLAYER>
    <'INFINITEBIOENERGY', INFINITEBIOENERGY>
    <'FULLBIOENERGY', FULLBIOENERGY>
    <'INFINITEAMMO', INFINITEAMMO>
    <'FULLAMMO', FULLAMMO>
    <'FULLPLASMA', FULLPLASMA>
    <'FULLMATTER', FULLMATTER>
    <'OPENSESAME', OPENSESAME>
    <'ALLBIOMODS', ALLBIOMODS>
    <'SETBIOMODSLEVEL 3', SETBIOMODSLEVEL 3>
    <'ALLWEAPONS', ALLWEAPONS>
    }"

    Bio-energy options are in there too. Any questions?

    Thanks, perseus4. Howevever, when I activate the Infinite Ammo cheat while the Infinite Bioenergy cheat is on, it deactivates Infinite Bioenergy and vice-versa. Further more Infinite Bioenergy and Infinite Ammo need to be reactivated after every loading screen. Why can't someone just make a trainer for the game?

    I'd be pretty interested in a trainer as well, and I'm really surprised no one's made one yet. See, my problem is that for some reason, the Debug Menu just doesn't appear. I don't know why.

    Although I'll grant the possibility that I completely botched my DX2Menu.ini file. And of course, being an idiot, I don't have a backup. Speaking of, would any of you fellows out there be able to copy and paste the text of the original DX2Menu.ini here for me?

    How bizarre.. I've poked around with the cheats available in the debugmenu, if I enable inf.bio after enabling inf.ammo both work (and vice versa).
    Though, I've never figured out how to make the codes 'last' after a map change. Sure I could reenable them every time, but it's rather annoying seeing as the IW maps are small. Dunno why there's no trainer. Me, I'd have liked a system like in the original DE where you could do almost everything via a console (T = Talk )

    About that debugmenu...

    Gryphon, unfortunately due to the way the DX2Menu.ini is laid out it would use up more than the 6000chars limit for posts on this site. However, I recommend that you paste the following at the very bottom of the DXUI .ini file, not the DX2Menu.ini.

    [DebugMenu]
    Active=ACTIVE
    Type=Menu
    Placement_X=RIGHT
    Placement_Y=BOTTOM
    PauseGame=False
    AutoSizeWidth=True
    AutoSizeHeight=True
    TextColor_A=24
    Color_Normal_A=0
    TextShadowColor_A=0
    SelectedColor_A=48
    UnselectedColor_A=24
    Font=font8
    MenuDefinitionFile=DX2Menu.ini
    ListenForMouseClicks=True
    InputLayerName=DebugMenu

    Decent suggestion, that should work too.

    However, if I may, there should be copies of dx2menu.ini online..
    There are more 'useful' options in the standard debugmenu
