When i activate the Unlimited health option i still die. I try this on many levels and i still die. Does anyone know how to fix this?

have u hit the F1 button 1st before u use other cheat toggle ?

make sure using no-cd fix and disable all antivirus, etc. this trainer has been tested by many members for over a month and it works fine.
