I just installed the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine from the disk, and the door won't allow me to enter it to go to Seogorath's Land. The voices beckon me, but when I try to enter the door, they say "Bring us a Champion! We want a Champion!" "Not necessarily a big one, but a Champion.". I laughed at the "big one"
But seriously, do I have to finish the Main Questline for Cyrodiil?

No, you just have to wait outside the door for awhile and some people will come out; kill them and you can enter.

How much fame and infamy do you have? You need 10 of either one for it to let you enter.

Meh i just read that you have to wait at least a day before you can entire, i showed up the second the door opened. and just killed the guard and the cat person..

I got in, but my Akavari Katana broke
