Need for Speed: ProStreet Message Board  

Hi Guys!

I'm Kathees (Nickname Kannan) from SriLanka. I'm an very serious fan of need for speed series. First of all I must thank for the works you are doing. I mean I used your updates and trainers for NFS titles and they are really helpfull.
Now I'm playing the Prostreet. I have a little problem here and I hope you can help me. Some months ago I started my prostreet carrier. When I go through it first I finish the 3 showdowns. (Of course the races we need to finish to unlock the showdowns). Later before defeating RYO I have defeted all four kings. Later I have finished the collectors edition races as well. ( I used COLLECTORSED& code to unlock that). Now I have finished all other than RYO.
After that I got an booster pack and used some patch and unlocked all extra cars as well. I have finished that races too. After that only I have started the RYO. I just completed the first part. In the second part I came upto the 5th race. (That 4 lap GRIFT race). Now I can easily finish that race. But after finishing that my game getting crash.
I mean after finishing the race I m seeing the RYO DEFEATED video. After that my game shows the "Sorry nfs.exe have to close" message and closing. When I started again It starting from that 5th race. That means no update on my carrier firle.

I like to clear some things.
1. As soon as finish the RYO I have to see the RYO DEFEATED video
(may be fmv17_showdown_king_def_english_ntsc.vp6) and I'm seeing.

2. As I have seen earlier (When defeating other kings) now RYO's cars should be in my garage
and carrier should have shown that. But it's not coming.

3. As I have alredy won the 4 kings now I'm the street king but it's video not loading
( may be fmv18_all_kings_defeat_english_ntsc.vp6) This also not showing

I guess this where my game crash. I'm seeing RYO DEFETED. And then an LOADING screen that's where game stopping.

I have my carrier file with me. (Ryo_Part II_Race 5_v 1.1) If nayone can help me please drop an mail to katheeskumar@gmail.com. So I can send my carrier file to you. Please check that out and let me know what's wrong. If you can otherwise just finish that and save and send me. I just need to have my carrier with 100% finish. I really spent much time when selecting those cars.

**** I thought it may because of the booster pack. So i used my old backup and played that RYO race. But same problem there too. (After uninstalling booster pack) (Now thats an version 1.0)

I have the other file too. (Ryo_Part II_Race 5_v 1.0) But even in this carrier I have already finished the collectors edition races. But not booster pack races.

So plzzzzzzzzzzz check it out and give me an solution. If you can finish (Anyone of it) and send me back I'll be really thankfull to you.


I hope because of you are an NFS fan you must have played the ProStreet. And probably you will know how bad it will be feel after spending a lot of times if we can't see the 100% complete. **** Just play my carrier if you can't understand what I'm telling. Because I'm not very really good at English.

**** I'm using the no cd patches from the megagames for both versions. Obviouslly after installing booster pack I got the second loader. But old carrier file was easily updated to that. So i have'nt got any problem.

***** I never used any trainers when finishing the carrier. But I used the several cheat codes to unlock some cars and get some money *******
