I think that it is a good Pokemon, but why does its ability block flying attacks when it is an electric Pokemon?

I think an ability blocking Ground (Levitate) would be the better option for that pokemon.

it mixes psychic with electicty to make magnetic pressure and acts like it pushes down flying types and makes them useless and i made it up.
