You can only get Entei after you beat the game, can go to Dark Crater (Spoiler!), and are holding the Secret Slab (Secret Stoneplate) or Mystery Part (Enigma Part). And in case you were wondering, the Secret Slab and the Secret Stoneplate are the same thing. This may sound a little stupid, but how do you get your own friend code? You can get the wonder mail for the S.S. and M.P. from the link below.
