Level 3 shiny Latios can not be legit shiny. That is an AR shiny cheat for a level 3. Sorry to burst your bubble on that.

how did i use an AR if i don't own one? it is also UT the only thing i did to it was clone it a couple of time using wifi and made one of them hold a soothe bell.

Ok, that still leaves the question on how your game allowed you to catch a lv 3 Latios. Latios in the game is much higher level than that in Ruby/Sapphire games. The only way a Latios could be level 3 is thru an AR cheat code that uses heart scales or masterballs to catch the pokemon you wish to see and catch.

We'll y do ppl?! Nvm mind.. But Event Pokemon like "you" take your DS 2 A event to obtain through a Mystery Gift or GTS with Pokémon Event as its origin.
