Issue with trainer

I have installed the Trainer but when I go to use it the game decides to crash.
I upgraded to the latest version of the game.

I have tried to running the trainer in admin mode and it still causes the game to crash.
Any input would be nice on the subject

You need the updated trainer --> Link

trainer must match game version.
