I know this is COMPLEATLY off topic but in this site is there a section for just game saves

There are game saves but they do not have thyeir own section. You have to search the game name, then go to Cheats and Hints and there are gamesaves usually near the bottom of the page but only for certain games.

For example, this game does not have any current gamesaves, If you were to create one and submit it in the i5 would be there. Like for the first series of the game: Monster Hunter Freedom Link.
The gamesaves are near the bottom but you actually have to go to the Cheats and Hints section for the game to be able to find them. If you are looking for gamesaves for multiple games then it could be some long work and browsing that you have to do but thats how the site is right now.

You could always make a suggestion that there should be a Savegame Forum but note that not many suggestions that are suggested are actually used.
