Yes, I have tried running the trainer as admin and the game as admin, and even both in compatibility mode for XP (I'm on Vista).

You sure you're using the correct trainer with what patch you have?

Yes. I update the game from the 1.1 patch on strategyinformer, and have the 1.1 trainer from here (since 1.2 and 1.3 are unlimited only, sadly )

This might sound stupid, but do you have a wireless keyboard? My game always crashed and I could never figure it out. Then I saw someone mentioned something about a wireless keyboard (Microflaccid brand) causing the crashes. I had to download the drivers specific for the keyboard and mouse. And it worked, no more crashes.

Just a long shot. If not...just ignore me...lol.

Turns out I was using the wrong No-CD Crack for the version of my game. I updated the game, but not the crack. I was still using the one for the unpatched version of the game.
It works fine now! Thanks everyone for your help.
