the FAQ/walkthrought says Level 4 items can be obtained by using th 'UNLOCKALLTHINGS' cheat but i cant find them anywhere where do they appear?

hey man.
Allright here's what you have to do. enter the cheat, go back to the main menu, go back to your career and go to your garage, there will be 4 cars there, and if you sell them you get 90k and some change, then simply choose one of your cars, or buy one, and go all the way to the bottom and the mods'll be there, trust me. I've done it countless times.

when i type in UNLOCKALLTHINGS it doesn't say it went through is this good.

If you have v1.1, the UnlockAllThings cheat and another cheat have been disabled. Re-enable them using the cheat enabler by Majin. Link
