You still can't beat it? Hm...

I would suggest loading up with ethers in your item slots or if you keep taking a lot of damage then load up with elixrs. You use a lot of magic.
It's pretty simple: Attack the cauldron using magic. Any kind will do. I personally prefer fire. When Ursula is knocked down for a little bit then go attack her with the keyblade until she gets back up. Then repeat the process. Ignore Flotsam and Jetsam they aren't worth attacking.
