I'm pretty sure I have version 1.0. Can I update it to the lastest version? If so, can you guys provide a link to the patch? I would be extremely greatful!

You don't need it. Just pop the disc into the optical drive. On the splash screen, you'll see a couple options. One of them is "play" or something of that nature. Another is "Update". Just click the update option and it'll automatically update to the most recent version.
