Help. I am stuck on mission 4 when you have to get people talking who are arguing and stuff any help?

okay what you do is you walk up to one of ur girlfriends and ask them to follow you then walk up to your other girlfriend and choose introductions then select casual relationship. and they will talk and work things out with each other and you do the same with your staff and they work it out with each other BAM! done.
