In Time theres the Spurn Orb ( randomly worps all enemys) And the Vile Seed (Drops bad guy stats to lowestlv). I like the Spurn orb bc if you enter a monster house use one and grab the tresure and book it to the next floor and you wont have to worry about the hord of pokemon trying to (and probably will) ko you.
