the item cant be used directly you have to insert it in to your character data

Nevermind, i figured it out.
I just needed at Diablo 2 Character Editor, and then Right Click, and import.

You need to import the items from a folder on you'r cpu.

Make, a folder E.G on you'r deskop and put every file in there.
