    Is it just me or is V1.3 not working.
    when ever i download it i get a message saying somthing like windows cannot open specified path or folder.

    even if i only press open and then extract the same thing happens?

    i know it wasnt always like this as i had it before but accidently deleted it. Now i cant even get it!

    Anyone know what is going on?
