hey all, been a unlimited member since..well for a while.

Question when i run the trainer with the update 1.2 it says can't upload.. i hope that dont mean saving only when the trainer is on. Also if i am online it says modified game content. and wont let me play any clue?

You shouldn't be trying to use the trainer online. Our trainers are for offline/single player use only.

It's really a pain having to wait until August to try to test this for Steam. I don't really agree with having to pay to download a single trainer. I heard the price used to be 15 bucks a year, you guys raised it to 25. I really highly disagree with having to pay anything really lol, I don't need or want any other trainers other than for GRID.

Seems like a rip-off to me.

You don't have to buy anything. Feel free to put your own hard work into making your own trainer.

I understand paying for the entire library of trainers if you use them, but I don't. I rarely ever cheat in games, and when I do I expect there to be something readily available to use for that purpose without paying extra on top of the game itself.

I doubt that it's difficult to make your own trainer when you have the experience, knowledge and time to do so, so I wouldn't call it hard work. Skillful mastering of the tools available perhaps.

If I knew how, I'd figure out how to reverse-engineer your first trainer for GRID and update it for 1.2 but I lack the knowledge to do so as I'm not much for coding, I'm a comic book artist.

Now, I'd love to test this out for the Steam version as I respect and admire those who do this sort of work, but not if I have to pay for it. It just seems ridiculous.

So, load the game, do a race, then activate trainer?

Sorry that our work seems ridiculous. I'm sure some people think that drawing comic books is a waste of time and anyone can do it as well. You could probably refer to a doctor as someone that has 'skillfully mastered the tools available'. That's why they're 'doctors' and earn the respect and top dollar for their services. It takes many years to learn and master what we do and it also takes a lot of time to play every game, reverse it, test it and then update it for umteen updates over the next year or two. Add on top of that the cost of buying 20-30 games per month just for this purpose. We're not some little anonymous warez group putting out +2 trainers in our spare time. This is our full time job and we take pride in what we do. If you don't think our time and services are worth the price of a membership, then simply sit back and patiently wait for the trainer to be released to the public (which we don't have to do, by the way, we CHOOSE to) or you also have the choice of reinstalling the game back to 1.0 and using our current free trainer. No one has forced you to update to v1.2 just as we're not forcing you to download our trainers.

Pff its a woppin like $30 or sumfin for a lifetime membership to help out an awesome website*
