they either get out n run, or drive off. if wen they drive off i always jak em or niko jst chaces them while they drive away. isnt ther a better way of doin it? ppl always do it t me bt i cant do it

It's something that you "do", it's something that just happens.
If you try to jack someone and they start driving away right when you grab the door handle they'll drag you along with them. There are no buttons that you press, it's just luck, or more like unluck.

you cant really make it happen, you have to try and steal a car, and if the person freaks out, they will drive away, sometimes catching niko's sleeve, dragging him down the street
