hi guys, I'm having an issue with the last boss race. what's the best car? I've used every cheat the 1.4 trainer has and i can't win if i begged them.

there don't seem to be any updates for the 1.4 trainer, and i really wished i could teleport to the end of the race...

thanks to any and all suggestions

A near stock lancer (nitrous only and using the infinite nitrous and infinite speedbreaker cheats), is probably the easiest car to complete the game with using normal driving.

The Z06 is fast, and on the last canyon race, you can bounce the Z06 off Dairus' car on the first turn and get by for a quick win (this will take a few retries).

Fastest car in the game is the Cop Z06. If you use a trainer and enable all cars, it's the Palmont PD2 car with tiny blue performance bars (the other one has normal long performance bars). This car is uber fast and will simply go by the AI, as the game doesn't seem to deal with this car that well. However, once you get this car, you can use car select without the car dissappearing. If you're going to use it, turn off auto save to make sure you don't actually lose a car slot by using select car.

yes please that would be nice with a 1.4 trainer

thanks for the help jeff, but your vids show the race against darius, i need help on the final race with all four bosses.
i have the 1.4 trainer, but on that trainer there's nothing for unlocking all the cars in the game so i can get that police car...

any help?

The trainer won't help much here. Use the two in game cheat codes:

nosforeverever - Unlimited NOS
slowitdownwhenyouwant - Unlimited SpeedBreaker

These cheats work in career mode.

If you use nitrous, the boss cars will usually speed up also, but if you use speedbreaker, the boss cars usually won't speed up, so use a lot of speedbreaker.

As long as the car is reasonably fast, the boss races should be winnable. It's possible to beat the game without spending any money, using Kenji's RX7 without further upgrades to win the Silverton and boss races, if you use speedbreaker.

Note if you use the trainer to unlock all cars, and select the Cop Z06 (Palmont PD2 with the tiny peformance bars), you won't be able to use car select to switch cars again, unless you use a hex editor to fully delete the car afterwards.

Unlocking all cars can be used with the Audi, and in this case, after winning the boss races, you will be able to select cars again.

The normal Z06 is one of the fastest cars in the game, faster than the Audi depending on the track, but it's not as fun to drive.
