has anyone had quest items disappear?
at the end of ch 2 i had 3 stones left to place in the monoliths but i went to the inn to lv up and make potions when i left the in i only had one stone not 3. i only had one save to and that was in the inn. i ended up going back and forth on the ferry to get the stones to reappear it was a big hassle. i just want to know if this is a common problem?

i almost forgot. i can't get any of the trainers to work. dosen't matter if i have the patch or not. i even reinstalled the game and tried the patch less trainer with an un-patched game. i don't get the activated message in the venue screen. i tried putting the trainer in different spots (ie. the witcher folder, desktop, saved games folder.)was i meant to use the trainer on a new game and not on a saved game? (i don't think this is the problem).
